Manage your ITB Dashboard plan, team seats, and payment method.
Overview
Your subscription controls your ITB Dashboard plan and billing. Manage it under SettingsSubscription.
Two kinds of billing
This page is about your subscription to ITB Dashboard. Sending invoices to your clients is covered in Creating Invoices.
Current Plan
The Current Plan section shows your plan and a status badge — Active, Canceling, Processing, or Billing Issue. From here you can:
- Manage Subscription — opens the secure Stripe billing portal
- Update Payment Method — change the card on file
- Cancel Plan — cancel at the end of the current cycle
After canceling
If you cancel, you keep full access until the end of your current billing cycle, then your account moves to the Free tier.
Usage
On the Free tier, the Usage section shows how much of your plan you've used — for example Orders and inspections used out of your plan's limit.
Changing Plans
On the Free tier, the Choose Your Plan section lets you compare tiers and upgrade. Once you're on a paid plan, plan changes are handled through the Stripe billing portal via Manage Subscription.
Team Seats
If you work with a team, the Team Seats section summarizes your paid and free seats and the monthly total. See Managing Team Members for adding people to those seats.
